Dolphin Healing


                                                                      Dolphin Meditation   

Lie down comfortably where you will not be disturbed, listening to calm, meditation music.

Do three deep cleansing breaths by breathing in deeply while counting to 4, then hold your breath to the count of 4, then exhale to the count of 4. Do this three times.

Visualise yourself on a beach, warm sand under your feet, with calm, beautiful sea in front of you.

A small boat floats and approaches the sand, inviting you to step in. You climb into the boat and sit comfortably, then the boat gently moves a few metres away from the beach where clear blue water gently laps against the boat. You see a group of dolphins playing in the water and then you see them moving happily towards your boat and they stop about 4 metres away from the boat and invite you to join them in the water. You leave the boat and swim towards the dolphins, feeling warm in the water and feeling safe in the presence of the dolphins.

The dolphins surround you and the largest dolphin swims into the circle with you and tells you that you are safe and that they are there to assist you with healing your energy field. He then beckons to one of the dolphins to approach and he eagerly moves into the circle with a big black bag marked “negative emotions” he then asks you to release all your negative emotions into the bag, such as anger, sadness, envy, hatred, jealousy, disrespect, self-pity, loathing, etc.  Visualise yourself releasing these into the bag. When you are done, the dolphin closes the bag tightly with a cord and swims away to dispose of the contents forever.

The large dolphin then beckons another dolphin to approach with a new bag marked “fears” and invites you to place all your fears in the bag such as fear of lack, fear of people, fear of inadequacy, etc. Dig deep and release all your fears one by one and relinquish them into the dolphin’s capable care, trusting that they will be adequately disposed of. When you have done this, the dolphin ties a rope around the bag and takes it away to be disposed of forever.

The large dolphin beckons another dolphin forward with a bag marked “health issues” and invites you to place in the bad all your health issues or illnesses which need to be healed, be they emotional, spiritual or physical. Allow yourself to take time over it so that all of them are handed over for healing. The dolphin will then tie a rope around the bag and take it away to be dealt with for your highest good.

The large dolphin who is the spiritual dolphin, will then beckon the white light from above and bring it down to go through your crown chakra, travelling down and healing you completely as it moves downwards, every cell, every muscle, every bone, every organ...healing completely on every level.

The light exits through your feet and into the bottom of the sea to ground you into mother Earth’s energy. You are then fully grounded and balanced.

Enjoy the energy as it fills you with light. Feel healed, refreshed and energised completely. The dolphin then thanks you for allowing them to be a part of your journey and you in turn thank all the dolphins for their gift of healing. The circle of dolphins opens and they wave goodbye as you return to the boat feeling like a new Being.

The boat gently takes you back to the beach, you step out of it, walk to the sand, turn  and wave to the dolphins in the distance.

Energizing water and food with Reiki

One of the many benefits of practicing Reiki, is to be able to bless food and water before consumption, enabling these to be energised and beneficial to the person using them for sustenance.

It is pure healing energy on a plate, instead of just another meal. The way the food is grown, harvested, handled and finally cooked, gathers outside vibrations, which may not always be positive and beneficial. These are energy vibrations that permeate all life and this energy is present in all things, animate and inanimate.

We should all be more conscious of the energy that we send out there through our thoughts and words, for these create vibrations in the world outside ourselves.

Expressing gratitude before a meal can change the energy of our food. Another way to change the energy of our food and drink, is to place our hands around the plate of food, or a glass of water, and consciously channel Reiki energy to the plate or glass, and allow the energy to flow for a few minutes; even three minutes will make a huge difference to the energy on that plate of food or glass of water. It will greatly improve its taste too.

When we become aware of the power of energy, we can create positive changes in every area of our lives. It is important to monitor our thoughts and intentions daily, in all that we do. Be present in every action and give our best at all times. By consciously working with energy, we can see improvements in all areas of our lives.

Reiki to help you cope with stress


                                                                 Coping with stress

Do situations in your day-to-day interactions have an effect on you, such as unground you and scatter your energy in a disturbing manner?

In order to escape from a pattern of worrying, you have to get in touch with the concept of 'now' and allow your thoughts to drift away, by using the following technique:

- Sit quietly in a chair and place your hands over your eyes with palms resting over your
  cheeks;
- Move your hands to your head - cupping it on either side and allowing your fingertips to
  meet at the top. this will relax you and help you to think clearly.
- Hold the back of your head in the same way, to relax the mind and calm you down. This
  makes you feel secure.
- Place your hands on either side of your chest, with your fingertips meeting in the centre. This
  will help release any negativity you have been experiencing and encourage feelings of
  positivity. 
- Finally, place your hands on your lower back, pointing downward. The stress should subside
  at this point.

Honour your Inner Guidance




Our natural state of being is vibrant and happy to be alive but at times we may feel worn out.
This means that we need to restore our energy supply or try to find the cause for our depleted state.
Take a look at how you've been feeling and acting and you might find a behaviour pattern or relationship that is out of sync with you. It may be that you have too much in your hands to handle or there are people or situations in your life draining your energy. 


Try to listen to your inner guidance in meditation to gain the clarity you need. When you are certain of what makes your heart sing, honour it in every situation and you will find that your energy supply will have a more stable high level which will serve you well.

Dealing with Irritation


We will always have people or situations in life that we cannot control. The manner in which we respond to these will determine the quality of our lives.
As a Reiki Master, I have realized that certain challenging students / clients will be guided towards me for mutual benefit. In embracing the challenge, is a blessing of enormous proportions because I have acquired a good measure of
compassion and understanding of where that particular soul is currently on their path and the best way to assist him/her with guidance is more easily grasped by me as if I were channelling it from the individual's spiritual guides, which is probably the case.

It may seem easier to just avoid networking with difficult people or situations by methods of avoidance. Irritation can be an important spiritual teacher and remaining centered in an uncomfortable situation is far more valuable than doing so in a happy environment.
Acceptance, tolerance and patience are attributes of the spiritually evolved, and trying to eliminate irritations instead of understanding them will not assist anyone to evolve spiritually. These are valuable opportunities to develop spiritual qualities and our lives are filled with them. Use them constructively.

Educating our Minds

Educating our minds to operate on positive-mode is very important in order to move towards attracting abundance on every level of Being.
As we identify a feeling in us that is positive and that brings us joy and peace, we need to take the time to recognize what it feels like, so that it will become easier to re-produce.
We normally have the tendency to analyse a negative emotion, find the root cause of it and then take steps to transform it and improve the situation. Now we need to analyse the joyful emotions too and identify the possible trigger so that we use it more often to keep the vibration on positive. This practice greatly assists one to re-program and adopt a more pleasant way of going through one's life journey. It will hopefully turn into a habit to feel happy and teach others by example so that they too can change their lives.

Clearing Spaces With Reiki


                                                         
Reiki may be used to clear, harmonise and protect the spaces you occupy.

To do this, place the Power Symbols in each corner of every room and also on the floor and ceiling with a large symbol. Do this in your workspace too, be creative with this option as everyone's workspace differs.
Draw the Power Symbol, intone its mantra to yourself three times, and intend that the whole area is filled with Reiki.

If you do not yet have second degree, use visualisation techniques by sitting in a room you wish to cleanse, and intend that Reiki flows from your palms to clear and cleanse the area of any negative energy and fill the whole room with healing energy and light. You may visualise it flowing as a soft mist until it fills the whole space, then visualise the Reiki spreading like a white light until your whole home or workspace is filled with it.

Over a period of weeks you will sense a more peaceful feel as the Reiki gently peels away layer upon layer of negativity that may have been lying around for ages.
