Meditation for Mother Earth

Our planet needs us now, more than ever before.
She houses us lovingly and despite that, we have been thankless and selfishly exploited her.
Earth is ready for a higher vibration and has moved on and so many of us have lagged behind and not kept up with her.If you are also a Reiki practitioner, you will no doubt resonate with this meditation and I hope you will join me in sending healing to Earth regularly. It is the least we can do especially at this time on our evolutionary path.
As I started sending healing today, the initial connection moved to a guided-meditation from my healing guides, which I will share here today.
Take three long breaths, breathe in through your nose, to the count of four, hold your breath to the count of four, then slowly exhale through your mouth, to the count of four. Do this exercise three times, then continue to breathe normally.

Visualize your self in space, with planet Earth in front of you. Connect with the distance symbol if you are a Reiki practitioner or just in thought if you're not.
If you work with Angels or Spiritual Guides, invite them to work alongside you as they are always willing to assist and are very busy with Planet healing too. Visualize the healing light entering the Planet at the north Pole, slowly spreading from the Earth's inner core outwards to all the countries, the oceans, rivers, all the bodies of water carrying the healing light to every country, every town, village and rural areas. the healing light covers everything and everyone on the planet. Then ask Master Saint Germaine to pour Violet Flame into the Earth and transmute any negativity, lower vibrational feelings like fear and anxiety into positive, uplifting emotions.
Use your Reiki symbols if you have them, to intensify the healing. When doing this, as you visualize the symbol over the planet, breathe in and visualize the symbol as a lit up symbol, then as you breathe out, visualize the symbol expanding, each time making it brighter with light and larger and larger, until the symbol is larger than the planet. As I am living in South Africa, I then visualized the energy as it was spreading through our country, encircling the health workers and energizing them with healing, cleansing light, purifying and protecting them so that they could do their amazing work without fear and guided by unconditional love. From them, the energy moved to everyone else in the country healing and protecting them, and giving them the wisdom to protect themselves by following the guidelines to save them from infection.
After this, visualize the planet absorbing the energy and everyone on the planet feeling well, happy and returning to a normal life, with a new zest for living and willing to embrace a new life with a less dense vibration, being more caring towards each other, their priorities changed from an ego-ruled existence, to a more sensitized reality with a focus on family values, a balanced lifestyle, thus inviting abundance to their lives on every level.
Send healing light to the outer layers of the planet healing sealing its aura with protective, healing Light.
Thank the Spiritual Guides, Angels, and above all, God, who is with us every step of the way helping us and urging us to heal ourselves and our planet in turn. It has to begin with us, each and everyone of us, for we are all one and irrevocably inter-connected.
